This toolkit provides evidence-based information, resources, tools and promising practices for health and social service providers to better support the mental health needs of immigrants and refugees. This includes information on key models of care and frameworks, including trauma-informed care, anti-oppression and anti-racism, cultural humility and safety, as well as information on ways to improve service delivery.
