Description

This mixed methods study aimed to identify the maternal characteristics associated with traditional food consumption and the food items associated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and mercury body burden in pregnant Inuit women from Nunavik. Prenatal exposure to PCBs has been linked to poorer intellectual function in children.
