Description

In this study, the authors assess symptoms of anxiety and depression among pregnant Canadian individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic and the factors associated with psychological distress. The study found elevated levels of psychological distress compared to pre-pandemic pregnant cohorts, highlighting the need for potential interventions to mitigate long-term negative outcomes on children.
