Description

This population-based sample of Nunavik residents tests the hypothesis that Inuit might be exposed to cadmium through their diets. The study found that blood cadmium levels were high compared to other published reports, but these levels were more closely associated with the current smoking status rather than the dietary patterns of non-smokers.
