In this study, the authors examine the extent, range, and nature of newspaper coverage of drinking water security in Indigenous communities in Canada. They find that media coverage on this topic is limited, and argue that this could undermine public and stakeholder interest in addressing water-related issues faced by many Indigenous communities.
