These workshops are intended to increase awareness and understanding of Indigenous cultures in a healthcare setting, increase the ability to provide culturally safe care, and enhance knowledge to build a culturally proficient workplace. The workshops are beneficial for healthcare staff seeking to build awareness and understanding in order to provide better care for Indigenous patients and their families.
