This thesis aims to enhance understanding of climate-related environmental changes in Anaktalâk Bay and the effects of these changes on local Inuit to inform the development of a multi-partner monitoring program. The thesis reports findings from a participatory research study that documented Inuit knowledge during a workshop with residents of Nain in December 2006. The author identifies key linkages between environmental changes and effects.
