This report aimed to identify gaps and needs around accessing culturally safe supports for Indigenous children by non-Indigenous caregivers in urban settings, based on a review of the literature and interviews with key stakeholders. The report also makes evidence informed recommendations that aim to realize the TRC’s Calls to Action.
