This report shares information for service providers, policy makers and program developers to make policies, programs and practices more inclusive of diverse cultures, experiences and needs. It discusses key concepts and approaches for inclusivity, provides  an overview of Canada’s colonial history as it pertains to Indigenous peoples, offers insights on inclusive strategies, and discusses how to determine the needs of and engage with Indigenous families in services.
