Description

This article compares concentrations of pentachlorophenol and hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyl metabolites in the umbilical cord plasma of neonates from communities where exposure to these contaminants is high because of marine-food-based diets. This includes the Inuit people of Nunavik, the lower north shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, and Quebec City.
