This report aims to provide advice to the BC Tripartite First Nations and Aboriginal Maternal and Child Health Strategy Table on what works and what does not and needs improvement, drawing from the perspectives of those working with First Nations and Indigenous individuals and communities. It highlights community-based, holistic, culturally grounded approaches, with three core elements and four enabling factors that create promising practices in Maternal and Child Health programs.
