Talking Together to Improve Health Project Team

This research report presents results from a survey aimed at identifying mutually beneficial, respectful and effective principles and practices of engagement between First Nations communities and public health units in northeastern Ontario as an important first step in working toward improved opportunities for health. The report highlights principles and wise practices in engagement focused around cultural competency training and supports.
