Description

The authors assessed the temporal trend for concentrations of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and metals in Inuit from across Greenland over the period 1994-2015. Findings revealed a decreasing trend of regulated POPs and metals, but a potentially increasing trend of nonregulated PFASs, highlighting the need for continued biomonitoring of contaminants of concern for the protection of the health of Arctic populations.
