This study assesses whether high exposure to the Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) had positive impacts on personal health practices and birth outcomes among women who entered the program prenatally in 2002-2006. The study found that women with high CPNP exposure were more likely to improve health behaviours and subsequently had improved birth outcomes.
