The authors conducted a qualitative study to assess climate change health vulnerabilities in two Batwa Pygmy communities in rural Uganda. Analyses is focused on identifying key climate-sensitive, community-identified health outcomes; determinants of sensitivity at multiple scales; and adaptive capacity of Batwa health systems.
