It is summer and we've been experiencing hot weather on the traditional territories of the Lheidli T'enneh First Nation where the National Collaborating Centre for Indigenous Health is located. As restrictions lift and we receive our COVID-19 vaccines, many of us will be back to working in offices, attending traditional ceremonies and powwows, and gathering with loved ones. While this is exciting, it can also be overwhelming. It is important to remember to be ''be kind, be calm and be safe.''
