Description

The author undertakes a scoping review to assess the level of integration of Indigenous knowledge-based courses in baccalaureate nursing programs in Canada, and implications of this integration. She identifies four key themes: 1) the importance of Indigenous voices, 2) Indigenous and Western intersectionality, 3) the lived experience of Indigeneity, and 4) barriers to Indigenizing nursing education.
