This thesis aims to characterize concepts of wellness from the perspectives of youth, intervention workers, and Elders in the First Nation Atikamekw community of Manawan in Quebec, using photovoice and talking circle methods. The study identifies ten thematic groups of statements that describe what contributes to community wellness in Manawan.
