Yukon Government
In recognition of the unique circumstances in the Yukon and the self-governance of Yukon First Nations, this Act provides clarification of the roles and responsibilities of the Yukon Forum. The Forum affirms the Government of Yukon’s commitment to work together with First Nations in a constructive relationship on matters that promote good governance for all Yukoners. This relationship is based on building strong government-to-government relations and collaboration on shared priorities.
