Description

Chemical Valley is one of the most polluted areas of Canada and home to the Aamjiwnaang First Nation, who have experienced environmental injustices due to the failure to address the cumulative impacts of pollution on their health and well-being. This article examines the potential of two sections of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms to serve as a tool for addressing these environmental injustices.
