Description

Employing community wellness workers is one means of addressing inequities in healthcare access and outcomes for Indigenous populations. The authors undertake a rapid review to examine the characteristics of community wellness worker models in Indigenous contexts globally, and the barriers and facilitators of successful implementation of such models.
