This article presents findings from an evaluation of a model of care to improve arthritis detection and treatment in an urban Aboriginal population in Calgary, Alberta. The evaluation highlighted positive outcomes across the main outcome measures of accessibility, acceptability, effectiveness, and cultural safety.
