Description

A mixed-methods study examining non-Indigenous nursing academics' experiences with Indigenous-led cultural safety curriculum. The study found that Indigenous led- pedagogical, collaborative research approaches enhanced nursing academics' perceptions of institutional racism in their field, and the relevance of cultural safety to their practice. As such, the study demonstrated how non-Indigenous academics can change their academic and research practices to promote cultural safety for Indigenous Peoples' health.
