This thesis presents two related components presented in manuscript format: 1) an analysis of the cascade of care for latent TB infection in Iqaluit, Nunavut, and 2) a cost-effectiveness analyis of a regimen of a weekly dose of rifapentine and isoniazid for 12 weeks (3HP) and a twice weekly dose of isoniazid for 9 month (9H) given by directly observed therapy.
