The authors use whole-genome sequencing to better understand the transmission dynamics of TB in Iqaluit, Nunavut between 2009 and 2015. They calculated the number of transmission events between cases within clusters and combined this data with epidemiological data, then undertook social network analysis to identify factors that may help explain the rise in cases in this community.
