First Nations people have been employed to take part in site delineation and remediation work at radar-line sites in northern Ontario, where they were potentially exposed to environmental contaminants and negative health outcomes. In this paper, the authors measured concentrations of contaminants in the blood of Fort Albany First Nations workers before they started work at Site 050 and approximately a week after they completed a 3-month work period in the contaminated zone. No significant differences in the two samples were found.
