This article reports findings from a qualitative research project that aimed to understand the perspectives of Indigenous caregivers and Elders, workers, and administrative leaders involved with the Aboriginal Infant Development Program (AIDP) in BC. The findings focused on relational perspectives of family well-being that emphasized the inseparability between child health inequities and the impact of structural social factors on families' lives, and the ways in which AIDP workers enacted relational accountability to families.
