Description

Using a relational and decolonial lens, the authors examine Indigenous community-led water sustainability in Western Canada, addressing the interplay between traditional knowledge, environmental governance, and cultural identity. The findings highlight challenges to Indigenous water governance, including industrial encroachments, climate change, and the marginalization of Indigenous perspectives in colonial environmental management systems.
