This strategic plan outlines the College's goals and actions over the period 2021-2024, with a targeted focus on addressing cultural safety and humility. Towards this end, it outlines goals and actions to improve its regulatory and governance processes with clear, measurable outcomes, including in relation to addressing unconscious bias, cultural safety and humility, trauma informed care, administrative fairness, and best practices in governance. It also outlines specific actions within its cultural safety and humility strategic theme, with actions focused on implementing a practice standard for registrants for cultural safety and humility at point-of-care, identifying opportunities to make the complaints process safer and more accessible.
