This article reports on the impacts of a TB awareness campaign among Inuit in Iqaluit, Nunavut that involved a door-to-door in-home screening campaign and treatment for individuals living in residential areas at high risk for TB. The campaign resulted in an increase in the number of people requesting testing at the local public health clinic, however this was not sustained once the campaign came to an end, indicating that follow up initiatives are needed to sustain momentum.
