This toolkit aims to respond to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada's Calls to Action by articulating how it will support its members in moving towards respectful and collaborative relationships with First Nations. It provides tools and resources to help them take concrete actions towards reconciliation, organized into three key sections: 1) self-reflection, which includes understanding First Nations perspectives and how to practice cultural safety; 2) decolonizing your workplace; and 3) reconciliation in your community.
