This report summarizes the epidemiology of active TB in Canada over the 2012-2021 period, along with information on the incidence of drug-resistant TB disease and treatment outcomes. Information is presented on the proportion of active cases that are among Indigenous populations and the incidence rate of active TB among First Nations, Inuit, and Métis populations.
