In 2017, the Aboriginal Head Start in Urban and Northern Communities program conducted a survey of program leaders/staff and parents/caregivers across provinces and territories to identify early learning and child care needs; successes and promising practices; strengths, benefits and areas of improvement; and the future of early learning and child care. This report provides a summary of findings from these surveys for each of these themes.
