This article aims to assess associations between geographic location of residence and birth outcomes and infant mortality for First Nations and non-First Nations in Manitoba. Specifically, it looks at whether there are differences between north-south and rural-urban residence and preterm births, small/large-for-gestational size, and infant, neonatal, and post-natal mortality.
