This study documents the prevalence and co-occurrence of socioeconomic (age, education, single parenting, unemployment, welfare) and psychosocial (suicidal thoughts and attempts, substance use, psychological distress, spousal abuse) risk factors in Inuit women from Nunavik, and discusses these risk factors in relation to postpartum maternal wellbeing and child development.
