A 2017 event brought together experts from across Canada working in areas of FASD and Indigenous health and wellness who developed a consensus statement that comprised 8 tenets for enacting the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Call to Action #33, which focuses on the collaborative development and delivery of FASD prevention programs in a culturally appropriate manner.
