This editorial presents key takeaways from an international forum held in Hyderabad, India in 2019 about how to address the high rates of TB among Indigenous Peoples. The forum highlighted the importance of meaningful participation and engagement of Indigenous Peoples in the planning and operation of TB programmes, accessible care, and holistic treatment. The editorial also provides an overview of the burden of TB among Indigenous populations globally and summarizes key recommendations for addressing TB taken from four seminal reports.
