This study explores the perceptions and meanings of nature and land among young urban Indigenous people in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The authors discuss how health, resilience, and well-being can be strengthened for Indigenous young people through public health and municipal initiatives that connect youth to nature and land-based activities.
