The authors present findings from a study investigating rates of SARS-CoV-2 testing and vaccination, and incidence of infection for First Nations, Inuit, and Metis living in Toronto and London, Ontario. They found that rates of testing were higher among Indigenous respondents in Toronto and similar in London compared to local and provincial rates; however, rates of vaccination were lower among Indigenous respondents in both of these cities compared to corresponding local and provincial rates.
