Poster - First Nations-led climate action and the links to health

This poster presents the results and implications of a collaborative study on climate action through a public health lens. The study investigated a series of environmental projects run by Whitefish (Goodfish) Lake First Nation #128 and drew connections between the projects and human health and well-being. This poster summarizes two project profiles from the study, including environmental components, links to health, and potential solutions for actionable next steps. This poster was presented in March 2026 at the Canadian Public Health Association Public Health 2026 conference in Montreal, Quebec.
