This report collates key themes derived from nine national roundtable discussions held with 2 Spirited individuals across Canada. The aim of the roundtables was to gather information about how to improve health services and support the co-development of distinctions-based Indigenous health legislation. Specifically, participants were asked what transformative change would look like within 2 Spirit Indigenous health legislation and what the goals, objectives and principles should be to guide this change.
