First Nations Health Managers Association
This tool is intended to provide guidance to First Nations communities during a pandemic, based on strengths-based factors considered important for successful pandemic community planning. The tool includes a community assessment process for identifying strengths, needs and readiness for a public health emergency, for visualizing risks across multiple categories, and developing a community pandemic plan.
