Description

The authors undertook a feasibility trial to evaluate the acceptability, cultural adaptation, and preliminary effectiveness of the Mental Health First Aid First Nations course, which aims to build community capacity by teaching individuals to recognize and respond to mental health crises. The trial revealed strong acceptability, mixed reactions to cultural adaptation, and gains in participants' mental health literacy.
