Description

This qualitative study, involving key informant interviews with Indigenous people in Canada and New Zealand, examines barriers to providing culturally safe care. The authors find that systemic racism and ongoing settler colonialism are key driving forces that underpin many of the barriers identified and recommend a system-wide intersectoral approach to address these barriers.
