First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Health and Social Services Commission
This brief responds to the tabling of Bill 32, which commits every health and social service institution in Quebec to adopt a cultural safety approach when working with Indigenous persons. The brief expresses the concerns of First Nations regarding the Bill and puts forth some recommendations for ensuring genuine implementation of a cultural safety approach within Quebec institutions.
