Description

This article provides an evaluation of the effectiveness of cultural immersion curriculum designed to foster culturally safe interpersonal skills and understanding. The curriculum, co-developed in partnerships with Indigenous communities and the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, involved 9 simulated cultural communication scenarios. The authors conclude by making recommendations for optimizing the sessions.
