This article describes Health Canada's Climate Change and Health Adaptation in Northern First Nation and Inuit Communities program, which enables northern communities to develop community-based research projects to assess the impact of climate change and develop health-related adaptation plans and communication materials to assist them in making decisions with respect to human health and a changing environment.
