2022

Boyer, W.

Wiley Online

Description

The author describes a cultural audit approach to reflectively support cultural reflection, sensitivity, and respectfulness among counselors working with First Nations families. She uses a case study of a fictional First Nations client to illustrate how the cultural audit can be applied by counselors to ensure they have a strong, culture-infused, therapeutic working alliance with their First Nations clients and their families.
