Funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, this resource is intended for organizations interested in implementing cultural competence programs aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills of healthcare providers and other healthcare staff in providing culturally competent care and service. It includes strategies on how to advance cultural competence within organizations, how to examine the effectiveness of cultural competence programming, how to teach methodologies and workshop facilitation strategies, as well as provides workshop content and guides for workshop facilitators, and other cultural competence resources.
