Description

The community of Aamjiwnaang First Nation, near Sarnia, Ontario, is located in close proximity to a large aggregation of industries, potentially exposuring residents to compounds that may influence sex ratios. The authors assessed the sex ratio of members of the community over the period 1984-2003 and found a declining trend in the proportion of male births.
